By downloading, installing, or using mediaquery, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
The Service
The App helps you manage local photos and videos on iPhone (browse, filter, batch actions, insights, crop/annotate/collage/compare, etc., as available). No account is required for core features. You represent you have the right to use the content on your device.
Acceptable Use
We grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. You must not use it unlawfully or tamper with the App.
Permissions and Actions
The App may request Photo Library and Camera (for capture). You are responsible for delete, export, share, and saving actions; many cannot be undone.
Disclaimer and Limitation
The App is provided “as is.” Statistics, duplicate checks, and compare views are informational only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages; total liability is limited as allowed by law.
Changes and Law
We may update these Terms. PRC law applies; disputes go to competent courts after good-faith negotiation (adjust if needed).
